• This list takes into account all vendors (Amazon, iTunes, convention tables, etc.), from all countries, in both ebook and paperback.
• Vendors may not report sales to us for one to three months after the actual sale, so even though I'm calling this list "first half of 2019," it contains numbers mostly ranging from October 2018 to March 2018, depending on vendor reports.
• Some of these are books that (understandably) sell quite well during Fall and Winter, and less during other times of the year. See above.
